A 15 year old Class 10 female student, Prativa Sapkota, living in the hostel of Paramount Boarding school in Rupandehi has died yesterday.
She was taken to Crimson Hospital in Manigram by family due to high fever & stomach pain. But unfortunately she died just after reaching hospital. Prakash Sapkota, brother of the deceased, claimed that his sister had been suffering from fever since two days and died due to untimely treatment.
"We suspect she died of the Covid-19 infection," said Prakash. After her death,the school has collected swabs for the PCR test of the students in the hostel where there are more than 50 students and the school has also been accused for opening despite the government order to shutdown schools.
